How long do you heat a Natural Wheat Bag?
Each shape has a different heating time because of the amount of grain inside. Every product comes with instructions for heating. However, these are only guidelines as microwaves vary as well as an individual’s tolerance and preference for heat. If the recommended time for heating is not hot enough for you, gradually increase the time in 15 second intervals. Natural Wheat Bags emit heat slowly so we suggest checking the heat by placing the bag on your forearm for 10-15 seconds. DO NOT be tempted to overheat your bag as this can ruin the contents and can result in injury. When reheating a Natural Wheat Bag that is still slightly warm, shorten the heating time by half.

Again, this varies according to size, but the general rule of thumb is the more grain, the better insulation and the longer the heat will be retained. An Original Natural Wheat Bag has enough grain to maintain a therapeutic level of heat for 15-20 minutes and will provide warmth for up to 45 minutes.

Natural Wheat Bags cool down quickly in the freezer and are generally ready for use within one hour. You can store your bag in the freezer by placing it in a resealable plastic bag. Natural Wheat Bags maintain a therapeutic level of cold for 15-20 minutes and will remain chilled for up to 30 minutes.
Can I wash my natural Wheat Bag?
We recommend spot cleaning your bag, but the bags can be hand washed if necessary. Placing the bags in the washing machine on the spin cycle will wick away most of the moisture. You can follow with a quick and light tumble dry provided you do so with a existing load of clothes. If someone who is sick with a cold or flu symptoms uses the Natural Wheat Bag, a short heat in the microwave will clear away any germs or bacterias before you store the bag away.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can return or exchange your Natural Wheat Bag within 30 days if you have not used the bag. The return shipping charge and any new postage is your responsibility if you are returning or exchanging your bag.
